He was born in Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, in December 27, 1971. He began his musical activity by eighteen years old in amateur projects, for little by little incorporate the music to his way of life.

He begins his Bass & Theory studies with the Teacher Roberto Moreno, then studied at Popular Music's of Hazel grove School in the year 1997, promoting in the year 2002 as Instrumentalist in Popular Music, specialized in Jazz Gender and Electric Bass Instrument.
In this great space he forges his knowledge with teachers of the Argentina Popular Music, taking of each one of them the wisdom and the pleasure of “making” the music: Cantore, Rodríguez, Guigui, Humoller, Pastorino, Pulicich, Notrica, Jáuregui, Arias, Horta, Goldemberg, Merlo, Staforini, Rivero, Farias-Gómez, Canepa, Tissera, Tallo, Buono, Gallimany, Valle, Delgado, among other names, they were their teachers in the Avellaneda School.

From there an incessant artistic work and an indefatigable search spirit, take to take classes with Delgado, Merlo, Alonso, Estrella, to supplement knowledge that will continue along his career.

Co-founder of groupings like “6 en Punto Blues Band” in the '90s or “Castor Orquesta Quintet” (www.castororquesta.com.ar) to finals of the same decade, they impel him on the land of the composition, the arrangements and the Afro-American root music's forms.

The jazz, with the senses of the Argentinean folclore, make mature the idea and conception of a city music, where the creative vein that today achieves with the Pablo Basez Quintet appears (see quintet).

In the field of the teaching, he creates the instiution that directs, called Valentin Alsina School of Art, in the city of Lanus, as an icon in the artistic movement of the commune few times seen, conforming a work space with social commitment and of contribution and exchange in the different artistic branches.
This project is declared of Cultural Interest by the Secretary of Culture of the Buenos Aires County (see School of Arte), that has him as director from the year 2000 to the date.

At the present time, also, he is heading to the pre, and post artistic production, to the teaching, and in the artistic plane, to the conception of his next discographic work, where he prepares future presentations in the Local, National and International environment.
